The cylindrical cross section of the knob can be changed to square and the slot on the backplate can also be made square accordingly. POLISHED CHROME BEEHIVE DOOR KNOB
These knobs come unsprung. The base plate is fixed to the door allowing the knobs to move freely with the traditional mortise locks and latches. The knobs are threaded to be operated with a 8 MM threaded mortise spindle. There is a grub screw in place to hold the spindle.
